An Adventure Born in the Field

ALINSTAL was born from a simple reality: the reality of working in the field.

In 2014, it all began with a technician installer, a toolbox, and a deep passion for a job well done. At the time, the ambition was not to build a company, but simply to make a living from one’s trade, with rigor and honesty.

 

This very hands-on approach to the profession shaped ALINSTAL’s DNA from the very beginning: strong technical expertise, high standards of quality, and a relationship of trust with clients.

The Creation of ALINSTAL

​

In 2015, ALINSTAL was officially founded.

The company started with an initial team of three installers, driven by a clear vision: to build a reliable, human-sized organization capable of working for the most demanding retail brands, anywhere in Europe.

 

From the very first years, the focus was placed on:

 

• training,

• knowledge transfer,

• quality of execution,

• and customer satisfaction.

Progressive and Structured Growth

 

In 2019, ALINSTAL reached a new milestone with the creation of a second team and the training of new team leaders.

Growth became more structured, methods were refined, and the company increased its capacity to deliver increasingly complex projects.

Large-Scale Projects Across Europe

​

From 2022 onward, ALINSTAL committed to major projects that marked a turning point in its development.

 

2022 – ECI (El Corte Inglés)

 

• Operations in Spain and the Canary Islands

• 70 stores completed

• Over 5,000 linear meters installed

• Creation and training of two new teams

 

 

2023 – Aldi Nord (Germany)

 

• Deployment across 650 stores

 

 

2024 – Aldi Süd (Germany)

 

• An additional 650 stores completed

 

 

2025 – Carrefour

 

• Nearly 180 stores in retrofit and installation

 

 

At the same time, ALINSTAL has worked with many major European retail brands, including:

Metro, E.Leclerc, Edeka, Kaufland, Intermarché, Franprix, Monoprix, Super U, Spar, Supercor, and Opencor.

 

This diversity of projects reflects the renewed trust placed in the company year after year.

In ten years, nearly 1.5 million kilometers have been traveled across Europe.

Construction sites, roads, sea crossings, and flights — but above all, a team moving forward together, driven by a strong collective spirit.

“Ten years ago, I had no ambition to become a business owner. My goal was simple: to be able to pay my rent.

I was fortunate to start as an installer, guided by a demanding and passionate mentor who passed on strong technical foundations and a deep respect for the trade.

 

The beginnings were difficult, but it was during those moments that ALINSTAL’s DNA was forged: perseverance, high standards, and a passion for work well done.

 

From the start, one vision has driven me: to build a reliable, technical, and human company — one that trains, passes on knowledge, and where every detail truly matters.

 

Reaching the ten-year mark today is a tremendous source of pride, not only for the projects completed, but above all for what we have become together.

 

The future is already under construction. ALINSTAL will continue to innovate, to structure itself, and to support the transformations of the sector, with the same standards and commitment.
